According to the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a legal right to cancel your order within seven days of getting your stuff.

But there are some exceptions. You can’t return items that are spoiled, can’t be resold, or are part of a special offer.

Once you ask to cancel, we’ll give you a Return Merchandise Authorization code (RMA code). You have to use this code on the Returns Form, which you should include with the items you’re sending back. Make sure you return the items, with the plastic casing, to the address we give you, and they should be in the same condition as when you got them, with the plastic casing unopened, within seven days of receiving them. You’re responsible for the items until they reach us, so use a safe delivery method and keep proof that you sent it.

Please note that if the plastic casing has been opened, we cannot accept a return or make a refund.

We’ll give you a refund within 14 days of getting the items back, but remember, we won’t refund the shipping and handling fees you originally paid. The costs of sending the items back to us are your responsibility.

Here are the current shipping and handling fees: For a box with 1 book, there’s a £ 30 shipping fee. These fees can change without notice.

You can only use the website/instagram/Facebook and its content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You can’t copy or store anything from this website without asking us first. You can’t change, share, or repost anything from this website without our permission.

Ordering and Errors

2. You can correct any mistakes in your order or the information you’ve given us until you click “Pay now” in the final step of the ordering process. After that, we’ll assume everything is correct and process your order. We’ll send your products once we know your payment is good. If there are any errors, like a wrong address, it’s your responsibility. So, please double-check everything before you finish your purchase.


3. We use Royal Mail to deliver your box. They’ll send it to the address you gave us during checkout. Make sure it’s the right address because if it’s not, and your items are lost, you might have to pay for them again. Once your stuff is delivered according to your instructions, we can’t be responsible for any loss or damage.

We try our best to deliver on time, but we can’t guarantee it. If something beyond our control causes a delay, we’ll need more time to deliver. If you want us to deliver to a different address in the future, you must tell us at least a month in advance to make sure your items don’t go to the wrong place. The risk of loss or damage to your items passes to you when we deliver them. Our items are not for resale.

Missed Delivery or Non-Collection

4. If no one is there to get your package, Royal Mail will try to deliver it to your neighbour and leave a note. If that doesn’t work, they’ll leave a note telling you where to pick it up. If they can’t redeliver, or you don’t pick it up, they’ll hold onto your box for 18 days. After that, they’ll send it back to us. To get it redelivered, you’ll need to contact us and pay £ 30 for postage and handling.

Faulty Goods

5. If your product is faulty, follow our return process and mark the item as faulty. If you want to exchange it for the same thing (if available), we’ll do that. If not, or if we can’t agree on an alternative, you’ll get a full refund. Items damaged from regular use won’t be considered faulty and won’t get a refund.

We won’t send you marketing stuff unless you agree to it. If you don’t want to get any more marketing from us, just email us at

If you send us any specific submissions, like contest entries, or creative ideas without us asking, you agree that we can use them however we want, without any restrictions. We’re not obligated to keep your submissions secret or pay you for them. We may check or edit content that we think is against the law or goes against these rules. Your comments can’t break any third-party rights or be offensive or harmful.

This website, its content, and any contracts made because of it are controlled by and follow English law. If there’s a problem, both sides agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales. All contracts are in English. We can change these rules sometimes, so check them before you make a purchase.


For orders over £100 in the UK, shipping is free. You should get your order within 4 working days. We use Royal Mail for delivery.

Missed Delivery & Non-Collection

If you’re not home, Royal Mail will try to deliver to your neighbour or leave a note. If they can’t deliver, they’ll hold your box for 18 days at a Customer Service Point. After that, they’ll send it back to us. To get it redelivered, you’ll need to pay an additional £30 for postage and handling.


Returns Policy

To return an item, it must be unused, in good condition, with the returns form and original packaging. Undamaged, unused items will be refunded to your original payment method.

We recommend getting a ‘certificate of posting’ from the post office or using a trackable shipping service. We can’t take responsibility for lost parcels.

Returns Procedure

Email within 7 days of getting your goods to get a Return Merchandise Authorisation code (RMA code). Include this code on your returns form and return your box and the form within 7 days of emailing us. Once we get the items and check them, we’ll issue a refund within 14 business days. Note that we won’t refund the original £10 shipping and handling fees. You’re responsible for the return costs.

If your product is faulty, follow the general returns procedure and mark it as faulty. We can only replace it with the same item if available. If not, or if we can’t agree on an alternative, you’ll get a full refund. Faulty items are those received damaged or with manufacturing issues. Items damaged from regular wear and tear won’t be considered faulty, and we won’t refund them.

You can cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the items for a full refund under the United Kingdom’s Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSR). This doesn’t apply to items that can’t be returned because they’ve been spoiled or opened and can’t be resold. To cancel, email within 7 days of receiving your items.
